Garden Chair Stacking Instructions

Please follow these steps when loading chairs back onto the dollies. Proper stacking helps prevent damage and avoids re stacking fees.

Quick summary

  • 25 chairs per dolly

  • Stack with cushions facing up

  • Line chairs up using the side dots

  • Keep chair sides aligned with dolly edges

  • Strap the stack down with ratchet straps

  • Place the metal ratchet on top, not against the wood

Step by Step

1) Assign a couple helpers
It works best when a few people are stacking, and other helpers bring chairs to the stackers. This speeds things up and keeps stacks neat.

2) Position the first chair
Line up the bottom support bar of the first chair with the piece of tape on the dolly. All chairs should be stacked with the cushion facing up.

3) Keep the stack straight
Each dolly holds 25 chairs. Keep the sides of the chairs aligned with the sides of the dolly so the stack stays balanced.
Tip: Line up the small dots on the side of the chairs to keep everything straight.

4) Strap it down
Use the ratchet straps to secure the chairs on the dolly.
Important: Place the metal ratchet mechanism on top of the stack, not touching the wood, to prevent scratches.

Fee Notice

Failure to stack the chairs, or failure to stack correctly, will result in a re-stacking fee charged per chair.
